Ingredients:

  • 4 Und Large, ripe tomatoes

  • 2 und Red pepper

  • 1 Und Pepino

  • 1 Und Onion (Cabezona)

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 Und boiled egg

  • 1 trickle vinagre

  • 1 Pinch salt

  • Black olives to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes and put them in a large bowl.
  • Cut the peppers into thin strips and add them to the bowl along with the tomatoes.
  • Peel the cucumber, cut it into cubes and add it to the bowl.
  • Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the bowl.
  • Add black olives to taste.
  • For the dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar and salt in a small bowl. Adjust the amount of each ingredient according to your taste. A good ratio is 3 parts oil to every part vinegar.
  • Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
  • Peel the boiled egg and cut it into small pieces. Add it to the salad.
  • Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors mix well.

  • Lava bien los tomates, los pimientos y el pepino. Pela la cebolla y los dientes de ajo.
